After walking the red carpet, the girls freshened up in the “stars” dressing room. When it came time to wind down, concession stands were available with treats. Then they all settled in to watch a movie on the big screen. This Movie Star party was such a cute idea.

Back from the Mainland

After traveling for a bit, I am now back in Hawaii and it feels so good to be home. While in California I met my family and hit 4 amusement parks in 5 days. We sure know how to play hard! And I still managed to fit two photo shoots in during that time. Whew. The photos from those sessions will be posted soon. In the mean time, here is a shot of a little sweetie at the park.

Just for fun the other day, I decided to take out my Canon EF70-200mm f/2.8L lens. I don’t use it very often because it’s so heavy (silly excuse, right?) Now I’m thinking that I should definately use it more often. Such beautiful bokeh, that nice background blur!

After watching his dad do some tricks, Brent was all about the skateboard…for hours. He is such a determined little boy…and quite the dare devil! Aren’t we told that we can accomplish anything if we put our minds to it? That is so Brent. When he puts his mind to something he works and works at it until he’s a pro.
