With his feet in the sand, Jordan looked out across the waveless ocean and sighed. His last day to surf before serving a mission for the next two years. He is excited about dedicating his time to helping the people in the Philippines. It will be life changing.

Hawaii’s Tropical Flowers in Bloom

As many of you know, I’m expecting a baby girl in less than two months! After two rambunctious boys, I can’t wait to find out what she will be like. I keep reminding my boys, “ She won’t be able to sword fight with you yet, but you can help hold her and make her laugh.” They think this is pretty cool and are already practicing their silly faces and comedy routines.
A recent trip to the Botanical Gardens inspired me to create some artwork for the walls of the nursery. My only question now is which color scheme I should go with?
- vibrant tropical red
- softer pink orchids
- island leaves

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!: Oahu Children’s Photographer

St. Patrick’s Day is one of my favorite holidays. Growing up it was filled with magical things…green footprints trailing up the walls leading to fun surprises. My favorite was the pistachio pudding and Lucky Charms waiting at the breakfast table. I remember finding mysterious green glowing lights in the dark corners of our house. Although no one else could see the green glow, I was convinced that little Leprechauns were hiding about. Even now I can’t seem to resist eating chocolate gold coins first thing in the morning!
I hope your day is filled with a little green magic.
